ABHA Arena

Located in Al Rayyan, Qatar, ABHA Arena is a state-of-the-art indoor sports arena originally built to host the 2015 World Men's Handball Championship. Today, it is the home court of the Al Sadd Sports Club handball team. The arena has successfully hosted such significant international events as the 2015 AIBA World Boxing Championships, the 2016 AIBA Futsal Intercontinental Cup and the 2016 FIDE World Rapid & Blitz Championships. In 2023, it hosted the World Judo Championships and in the future, ABHA Arena will be the venue for the 2027 FIBA Basketball World Championship.
